Thank you for purchasing Fanzhi AI Image Translator. Because the Software is a digital product, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.

1. General Rule

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered, except in the following exceptional circumstances.

2. Exceptions

We will consider a refund request if:

• Software is unusable: The Software has a critical technical defect that prevents its core functionality (image translation) and we are unable to provide a fix or workaround within 14 days of being notified.
• Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same subscription twice. Please contact us promptly, and we will process a refund after deducting any payment processing fees.
• Legal requirement: If local law mandates a refund right for digital products, we will comply.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at refund@aifanzhi.top within 14 days of purchase. Include in your email:

• Your order number or payment receipt;
• A detailed description of the issue (if technical);
• Your contact information.

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method; the time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

4. Cancelling Subscriptions

If you have a monthly or yearly subscription, you can cancel auto‑renewal at any time through the Software or your payment account. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

5. Lifetime Memberships

Lifetime memberships are one-time payments and do not auto-renew. The same refund policy applies.
